If Cheeky were a Designer Dog......

The talk has been building for a few years about "Designer Dogs" or "Hybrids". You know where they take two really great breeds of dogs and make a new kind of dog. There's lots of types. There's the Labradoodle. There's the Goldendoodle. There's the one that's been around since I was a kid...the precious Cockapoo. There's a bunch of differant kinds. Can you pick a portmanteau for Cheeky? Her Mom is a boxer. Her Dad is a mix of poodle, and terrier. What would we call that? Cause really she is a fabulous Pup....except for her barking habit. She's our little lap dog. We love her so...
Recently there was a cover story about designer dogs in the New York Times, so now there's also a story about it on Fresh Air.....oh, and I'm blogging about it. By the way, the funniest mix I've ever seen in person was a dog named Tequila. He was a mix of yellow lab and dachshund. That's called a Dachsador. Who knew..............
