The long and winding trench........

Yesterday I got home from work to find a trench winding its way through our yard. It wasn't a complete suprise. Hap has been working on this project off and on for months. You see, our yard is actually a moor (hence the address Edgemoor) and we have always had some nasty drainage problems. Last Fall he built a drybed well. It actually took care of a lot of the problem, but still he needed to put in the pipelines connecting everything. So, yesterday he rented the trencher and was actually able to get the trench dug in about an hour.
